Our team
We're not one plumber with a van. QS is a team of plumbers and Gas Safe engineers, all working from the same job system. So whoever comes to you has your job history and photos to hand, and you get the same text updates every time, whichever of our engineers it is.
We started from a simple idea: the job itself is only half of it. The other half is how it feels to be the customer. Waiting in all day, chasing for an update, a handwritten quote, an invoice that never turns up. We've built our business to fix all of that.
We use automation and a proper job management system, so every customer gets confirmations by text, an "on the way" text, and our WhatsApp link in every message. Our engineers sign a safe work method statement on every job and photograph the work. Invoices come by email, and you can pay by bank transfer or a secure card link. It's all paperless.
What we do: plumbing, heating, boiler installation, boiler repairs, gas safety certificates, gas cooker & hob installation, gas pipework & capping, bath replacements, project works.
