Why does my toilet keep running?

Usually the fill valve or flush valve inside the cistern is worn or stuck, so water keeps flowing. It’s a common repair. Send us a photo inside the cistern on WhatsApp if you can.

Why is my toilet leaking at the base?

It could be the seal between the toilet and the waste pipe, a loose connection or a cracked pan. Turn off the isolation valve if you can, and we’ll find the cause.

My toilet won’t flush properly. Can you fix it?

Yes. Weak, slow or broken flushes are usually down to the flush mechanism, and we can repair or replace it.

Do you fit new toilets?

Yes. We take the old toilet out, fit the new one and connect the water supply and waste.

Do you do full bathrooms?

No. We don’t do tiling or full bathroom fitting. We do toilets, bath replacements, shower trays and screens, and the plumbing that goes with them.
