A yearly boiler service checks that your boiler is working safely and efficiently, and catches small problems before they turn into breakdowns. It also keeps your manufacturer warranty valid, as most warranties need a boiler service every year.
Every boiler service includes a smoke and CO alarm check, photographed and audited. Missing or broken alarms are replaced at extra cost, and we’ll always tell you before we do it.

Book your boiler service together with a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) and it’s £70 in total, done in one visit. A CP12 on its own is £60.
