How much does a new boiler cost?
A straight Boiler Replacement (old boiler off, new boiler on) is £1,458.33 + VAT. That includes the manufacturer warranty application, done for you, gas safety checks, and the thermostat and controls. If the job turns out more involved, such as boxing in, a flue extension or new gas runs, the price may change. We'll always tell you before any extra work.
Do I need a new boiler or just a repair?
Not always a new one. If a repair makes sense, we'll tell you. If your boiler is old or failing repeatedly, we'll explain why a replacement may be better value. See boiler repairs.
Which boiler brand do you recommend?
We fit all major brands, but Baxi is our favourite: reliable, well made and great value. We'll always recommend what suits your home.
Do you register my boiler warranty?
Yes. On every boiler we install, we register the manufacturer warranty for you, keep the records on file and email you the paperwork. It saves you the trouble.
How do I pay for a new boiler?
By bank transfer or through a secure Stripe card payment link, by phone or online. We'll agree the payment details with you in your quote.
What size boiler do I need?
It depends on the size of your home, how many bathrooms you have and how much hot water you use at once. We'll work it out with you when we quote.
Can you move my boiler to a different room?
Often, yes. Moving a boiler involves new gas, water and flue routes, so we'll look at it and include it in your quote.
