Most plumbing jobs aren't complicated. What makes them stressful is the waiting: not knowing when anyone will arrive, chasing for a quote, and wondering what you're going to be charged. We've built QS Plumbing to take all of that away.

When you book, you get a confirmation by text. On the day, we text you when our engineer is on the way, and every message has our WhatsApp link, so if you want to know where they are, just ask. Our office can see where our vans are and will tell you.

We work hard to keep our vans well stocked with plumbing parts for lots of different systems and fittings, so our engineers can usually fix it there and then. Less shopping mid-job means less waiting around for you and a quicker job.

On site, our engineer signs a safe work method statement before starting and photographs the work as they go, so there's a record of exactly what was done. Then your invoice comes by email, and you can pay by bank transfer or a secure card payment link.

Your soil stack is the large waste pipe that carries water and waste from your toilet, bath and sinks down the side of the house, or through it. When a section cracks, a joint starts to leak or smell, or a bracket breaks, it needs sorting properly.

We repair and replace soil stacks and the above-ground waste pipes that connect to them, inside and outside the house. We don't do drains, so anything below ground needs a drainage specialist.
