Every 12 months. Landlords must have each gas appliance and flue checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer and give tenants a copy of the record.
Do homeowners need a gas safety check?

How do I get my certificate?
You get your CP12 gas safety certificate once the check is done. Ask us when you book if you need it sent to someone else, like a letting agent.
What does a gas safety check include?
